2019年11月，美国胃肠内镜学会(ASGE)发布了急性结肠假性梗阻和结肠扭转的内镜治疗指南。结肠扭转和急性结肠假性梗阻（ACPO）是导致良性大肠梗阻的2个主要原因，结肠扭转主要发生在乙状结肠，是由于肠管沿肠系膜扭转造成。ACPO确切的病理生理学原因尚不清楚。内镜在上述两种情况的管理中可发挥一定的作用，本文主要针对乙状结肠扭转和ACPO的评估和内镜治疗提供指导建议。
